Karma Live in Jhapa

For the first time in Jhapa,  Karma band along with Kutumba band joined the evening on the auspicious occasion of Mahashivaratri with rocking music and soulful melody. 

In collaboration with Planet Multimedia and ASQ , EMAN Koshi committee successfully organized this grand concert at Aadibasi Rangashala, Kamal, Padajungi where over 7,500+ passionate music lovers gathered, radiating overwhelming energy. The fusion of rock guitars, traditional melodies, and Surendra Maan Singh’s soulful vocals echoed throughout the night, creating an unforgettable experience.

Marking the first step in the “Journey to the East,” Karma Live in Jhapa was a resounding success. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us in making this magical evening truly special!

Ekkai Swor Ma Kirtipur

On December 7th, Kirtipur came alive with music as Karma Band and Kutumba shared the stage for the first time at “Ekkai Swor Ma Kirtipur.” Organized by ADI Group and ASQ, the event was a celebration of culture, unity, and the timeless bond between music and emotion.

Kutumba’s soulful melodies opened the evening, and Karma Band’s return after a decade ignited the crowd with overwhelming energy. Together, their collaboration created an unforgettable experience for the 11,822+ attendees, leaving an imprint on every heart present.

For ASQ, this wasn’t just an event—it was a testament to the unifying power of art. Thank you to everyone who made this magical night possible. Ekkai Swor Ma Kirtipur was more than music; it was a celebration of us all.

Yamaha Changa Chait

As the grand Hindu festival of Dashain approached, Team ASQ organized the “Yamaha Changa Chait” program to celebrate the festive spirit with a kite-flying competition. Kite flying, a popular tradition during Dashain and Tihar, was the central theme of the event.

Held at the scenic Hotel Himalaya Drishya in Dhulikhel, the event attracted around 50 Yamaha bike riders. In addition to kite flying, participants enjoyed various fun activities, including tic-tac-toe, slow bike racing, and bottle games, with exciting prizes up for grabs.

Team ASQ handled the event location management, branding, and coordination. A team of event coordinators, emcees, and photographers ensured a vibrant, enjoyable and memorable experience for the biking community, “Blue Streaks.” The event successfully combined the thrill of biking with the joy of festive celebrations.

At Adi Group, we take pride in creating magical events, and the Kandara Live in Pokhara is no exception. Below the open sky of Pokhara Pradarshani Kendra, a crowd of over 10,000 music lovers with chants and hoots welcomed the band from the 90s, Kandara.

ASQ – the event management wing of Adi Group spearheaded the planning and execution. With a clear vision to make Kandara’s comeback a resounding success and the event- the greatest of the year, we began our journey with a team curated by a diverse lineup. We coordinated with artists, managed schedules, and ensured a seamless execution.

Our detailed planning paid off as the event unfolded without a hitch. From the exciting opening act by the lead singer Bibek Shrestha with the soulful ‘Tagaroma Rumal Rakhi’ to the final notes of the ever-loved ‘Hong Kong Pokhara’, everything operated smoothly. Our stage management team ensured smooth transitions and optimal sound and lighting, creating an immersive experience for the audience.

Beyond the main stage, our team helped foster a festival atmosphere while ensuring the safety and security of over 10,000 attendees with comprehensive security measures.

We, at ASQ, also understand the importance of building anticipation and engagement before a major event. Thus, we strategized and organized pre-activation events in schools and colleges in Pokhara to generate buzz and increase participation for a successful event. Utilizing social media, we started a comprehensive promotional campaign with interactive contests, teaser videos, and countdowns to increase excitement for the upcoming event.

Kandara’s live performance was not just about their music and comeback; it was also about community. The crowd of tens of thousands demonstrated this with their cheers and chants of ‘Once More.’  It was about carrying on a legacy, and under ASQ’s management and the campaign ‘Pahila Desh Ani Pardesh,’ they did and will continue to do just that.

On Baishakh 6 -7, 2081 (April 18-19, 2024), ASQ – the event management wing of Adi Group had the honor of active association with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN) in organizing  “3rd National Convention of Accounting Professionals” on the theme “Sustainable Accounting Practices”. This annual gathering brought together 1000 accounting professionals from all over Nepal in the venue of Nepal Academy, Kamaladi.

In our collaborative effort with ICAN, we provided comprehensive support for artistic performances, event infrastructure, and outside booth installations as well as overall operations, providing an immersive experience for all attendees.

With Adi Group in charge of the event infrastructures, every aspect was carefully planned from stage lighting to crystal-clear audio quality. In addition to the main summit venue, we transformed the outdoor area into an interactive space of booths for registration and a discussion place for guests to meet and share ideas about their work in their respective sectors.

Drawing on our vast network of artists and performers, we approached Karma Band for a live performance which was well received by the audience as we integrated it into the summit agenda seamlessly without disrupting the flow of convention.

Overall, the success of the convention was a testament to our collaboration with ICAN. This convention showed our dedication to delivering exceptional services while working perfectly with the organizations to meet their agenda with outstanding results.

On the occasion of New Year’s Eve, in the Big Four Event at Purple Haze, under the management of Adi Group, Karma Band gave a powerhouse performance. Energy surged through the crowd as the band delivered their signature folk-rock music while welcoming the new year.

As band managers of Karma Band, we successfully organized a live performance of Karma Band at the Big Four Event on New Year’s Eve, ensuring seamless execution.

ASQ undertook meticulous event planning for the live performance including venue booking, logistics coordination, promotion and marketing, and technical and stage management.

The New Year’s Eve live show was a huge success, drawing a large and enthusiastic crowd and receiving positive feedback from attendees and the bar’s management, solidifying our reputation for organizing seamless and impactful events.

Karma band on Club PLatinum

As the event manager for Karma band, on 10th May 2024, ASQ – the event management wing of Adi Group successfully organized a live performance at Club Platinum ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for both the band and the audience.

As band managers, we keep staging numerous high-profile events. The performance of the Karma band at Club Platinum was organized to highlight the band’s talent and strengthen the band’s fan base.

ASQ managed all aspects of the event, from securing the venue and coordinating with the club’s management to scheduling rehearsals and arranging logistics. We also utilized social media to gain more interest and crowd while making the technical management flawless.

The live show was a huge success, drawing a large and enthusiastic crowd and fulfilling our mission. The event only solidified our reputation for organizing such events.

Ashish Parajuli

Ashish Parajuli, the Team Leader, the Director of Adi Group, runs multiple number of businesses, mostly targeted to artist, event, and promotions management. Mr. Parajuli has been active in the media management field for the past 2 decades with Stereo Records, which produced some of the most famous albums of the 2000s, like: “Sugam Sangeet” (Sugam Pokharel), “Slok” (Nabin K Bhattarai), “Timi Ra Ma” (Sanjeev Singh), “Taremaam” (Sanjeev Singh), “Bhedi Gothai Ma” (Kandara Band), “Best of Anil Singh” (Anil Singh) and many others.

Currently, under the Adi Group banner – he is the team leader of ASQ, an event management unit that heralds some of the biggest events in Nepal and among Nepali diaspora abroad.

Mr. Parajuli is also the main lead for Frequency – the digital marketing and production unit for Adi Group. Frequency currently produces digital content for national and international products, and soon, the unit will start producing organic digital content, develops websites and apps also.

With Adi Group, Mr. Parajuli is currently the only media personality, who is running a solo promotions unit in the country. He aspires to grow this Promotions House as a part of media culture, which aids in promoting regional and culturally relevant music and artists. He also hopes to address topics that have not yet been explored as content to showcase to the global audience.
